You’ve heard the hype; the wonders of the buttery soft leggings. Friends talk about shopping LuLaRoe clothing, and attending popups. They wear marvelous Carlys and Amelias and talk about all these women’s names like they are the most comfortable friends in the world.
It’s time to get some of that LuLaRoe in your life.
You sit down, grab a beverage of your choice, grab your laptop, and go to the LuLaRoe website. When you click “shop,” the LuLaRoe homepage takes you to what’s called a “retailer map” with dots all over the country. When you look for a brick and mortar store, google maps tells you nada. Now what?
How LuLaRoe Works
First, a quick primer into the wonderful world of LuLaRoe. It’s a clothing direct sales company based in Corona, California. In the beginning, all clothing was made in the United States, but as the company experienced explosive growth, the company moved into overseas manufacturing, with locations in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Guatemala.
Each print is created by the art team based in California, and fabrics are made. Only 5,000 items are made in each print. Ultimately, each piece is limited and special. A retailer chooses what styles and sizes to order; the prints received in the orders are a complete mystery.
The lead designer, Patrick Winget, used to work for Anthropologie and works hard to create fashion-forward items that “push the envelope” in the fashion industry. He is proud of his role in the fashion industry, and passionate about being not only fashionable, but fashion-forward.

How to Find a LuLaRoe Shop
I hate to disappoint you, but there are no LuLaRoe storefronts. LuLaRoe is a direct sales company, much in the vein of companies such as Mary Kay. The LuLaRoe sellers, or “retailers” as they are officially called, are individuals who have decided that this business opportunity is for them.
Many operate in-home boutiques, but many sell almost exclusively online, using private closed Facebook groups to gather together communities that bond over their love of LuLaRoe and desire to style their new pieces effectively.
In these private Facebook groups, retailers will post photos of their inventory. The first person who wants to purchase that item will comment SOLD. Check each retailer’s pinned post; many utilize different rules for how claims are handled. Evidence is anecdotal for Facebook hiding “SOLD” comments, but many retailers opt for different claim words. The best part of each retailer having their own business is that everyone runs it in their own way.
Sizing charts are typically provided, and if you’re interested in something, comment SOLD. If you’re uncertain, and have a question, type “SOLD pending question.” Share your question with the retailer, and once the retailer has answered, you can make a decision.
Ask the retailer questions. A good VIP community will be super helpful for all your questions, helping you find the right style and fits for you. My community is BALLER, and I can directly attribute quite a few sales to the efforts of those who have joined and love some LuLaRoe.
How To Pay for and Receive Your LuLaRoe Order
Once you’ve typed the magical word SOLD, then the retailer will ask you to fill out a registration link. This allows you to give your billing/shipping information, as well as provide an email, at which you will receive your invoice. Check out mine here (and feel free to fill it out for when you feel like shopping).
Your retailer will send an invoice to your email. You click on the “pay here” link in the invoice, and use your debit/credit card to pay the invoice. Submit your payment, and then wait! Most retailers ship within 24-72 hours after payment. Items are delivered via USPS, and are shipped by weight. First class shipping can take 3-5 days to arrive, depending on the post office.
Most retailers include tracking with their orders, although I have found that sometimes my shipping program does not send the tracking number until AFTER the package has been delivered. Check your spam folder if you don’t have tracking; it sometimes goes there too.
Item not fit? THAT IS OK. Send me a message, and I will take care of you. You have 30 days to return for a refund, and 90 days for an exchange. I want you to feel like a BABE!
Whether you’re a first-time shopper or a seasoned veteran, I’d like to invite you to join my VIP community here.
